You can request the cancellation of your order by contacting us through the channels provided. We will make every effort to comply with your cancellation request, however, if your order is already being processed or has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.
Although we make every effort to comply with your cancellation request, we are unable to guarantee that it will be processed in time, so we appreciate your understanding if it is not possible to cancel.
If cancellation is not possible, please refuse the order. The refund will be made when your order is returned, without any extra cost associated with the customer.
ATTENTION: the cancellation request and respective return at no extra cost is only valid for shipments within the European Union. If the shipment is outside the European Union (extra-EU), you must pay attention to the return costs shown in the “Returns (Outside the European Union)” tab.
You can return one or more products you received within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the products are intact, sealed, complete and in the original packaging. The product packaging must not be damaged, altered or scratched.
To make a return, please contact our Customer Service. You will need to specify the order number and the product(s) to be returned. Refund is possible via the original payment method (when possible), by bank transfer, or via store credit that can be used on the next order, which does not have any expiry date for use.

NOTE: If you received a product that was exchanged or in poor condition, contact us immediately so that we can provide you with a solution. Please do not throw anything away before contacting us. If you throw the products away, we cannot collect them or issue any refunds.
If you receive an order with damaged, altered or torn packaging or tape, we ask that you reject the order and contact us immediately. If you accept the order, if there is no record of the damage with the carrier when the package was delivered, we will not be able to provide any refund or resend.
The products available on our website are composed of substances (according to the formulas presented) that are legal at the time of leaving our warehouse, however the same substances may not be legal in the destination country chosen for delivery. It will be the customer’s responsibility to check their legality with the competent authorities before confirming the order through our website.
Vital Boost is not responsible for any product that has been ordered by the customer and subsequently subjected to any form of legal or tax procedure, restriction or confiscation by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Vital Boost cannot at all times have full knowledge of the customs laws and regulations in force in all countries throughout the world due to the ever-changing nature of these laws and regulations. Therefore, any request for payment of additional fees, documentation or confiscation of the order will always be the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of extra-EU shipments, if your order is returned to us, all delivery and return costs will be borne by the customer. These costs will be deducted from the refund due to the customer (where applicable).
In certain countries, if delivery is not possible due to reasons beyond the control of Vital Boost or the shipping service (e.g. an incorrect or incomplete address), the order may be destroyed by the shipping service, which means it will not no refund is applicable.
Once a returned order arrives at our facility, it is inspected to determine whether the products have been tampered with or damaged during transit. The customer is then contacted via our Customer Service with the relevant refund information. The refund will correspond to the total value of the order minus all transport costs and all return fees that may have been charged by customs authorities. If any of the products have been tampered with or damaged, the costs of these products will also be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
No refunds are given for any order returned after 6 (six) months from the date of dispatch, regardless of who is responsible for the return (the customer or the customs authorities).
If an order is confiscated or lost by customs and customs services and is not returned to us, Vital Boost will not be able to provide a refund. In these unfortunate circumstances, we apologize and hope that more accurate information about customs restrictions in the destination country can be obtained.
Vital Boost will make the refund within a maximum period of 5 working days from the day the item arrives at the warehouse.
credit card
If payment is made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the account associated with the credit card that was used for the original payment, and will appear on the customer’s next bank statement.
PayPal
If payment was made via PayPal, the refund payment will be made to the respective Paypal account and will be available immediately.
Bank transfer
For all other payment methods, the refund will be made by Bank Transfer, so we will ask you for the necessary details of the account to which you wish to receive the refund.
Store credit
If you prefer, you can also choose to be refunded via store credit, regardless of the original payment method used. This credit will remain in your account without any expiration date for use.
Refunds by bank transfer are free of charge for customers within the European Union and with an account in Euros.
The refund currency will be in Euros (the same in which the original payment was made). Therefore, if your local currency is different, there may be exchange rate variations, positive or negative, compared to the amount you paid at the time. All exchange rate variations will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of an extra-community refund (outside the European Union), or in a currency other than the Euro, all costs arising from the transaction, namely commissions for bank transfers, will be the responsibility of the customer.
